So yeah ive gots a 1997 lt1 t/a with to many miles on it so my plan was to swap it out for a good size engine preferably an LS series engine. So my question is What is the best LS engine a 1997 t/a can hold????:confused: Please include prices!

if you want more torqe, go with a 383 stroker, from Jegs or Summit itll run about 4500, give or take. if you want more HP, go with a ZZ 350, bout the same price.

if i were u.. n i am in the same situation.. i would keep that lt1..send it to a shop.. bore it out to a 383 w/ a stroker kit.. then u'll have the power torque. Ive been looking around and wut ive come up w/ is a grand 5 to do the job right.. Consider it
