are there differences in aftermarket lids, like sizes, the amount of air intake,i want more out of my car but im so new at the v8 im a little lost,

Yes, there are VERY minor differences, but most today are very similiar. i would recommend the Texas speed lid, or the MTI lid. I am currently running the MTI clear lid on my car, and it gets lots of looks at the track and car shows. i can post a pic if you want, it's nice!
