does the 99 30th aniv come with any mods out factory? because i smoked a stock 00 ws6, we were both stock and automatics. also does anyone know how to make the ram air more useful? ive heard somethings about cutting off the plastic under the ram air hood to create more air flow, any truth to this?

nope, they're identical, minus those interesting wheels, and the stripe kit. Mechanically, they are identical.
