Electrical assistance after swap

I have swapped out the 4 cylinder 2.4L from a 84 with a 2.8L V6.
I have power to the starter and that seems to be as far as it goes.

Do I need to change out the 84 ECM with the 86?
Also any direction that someone could provide would be great!

Update!

Got the ECM from the 86 installed with the wiring harness.. Still no power to anything.

Suggestions?
 
When I do this sort of thing, I start with the wiring schematics from both the donor and the recipient, especially at the through the bulkhead connector. Look for mismatches as to pin location.

Exactly. 1984 Fiero's are wired differently than 1985 thru 1988.
