First Car: Where would i find a Late 70's Pontiac Trans Am Firebird?
i have 3 grand and live in Denver, Colorado. I would prefer 1979. do i just search the paper and craigslist? i want it for my first car.

Hi Drake,
Search e-bay motors, there are lots of them for sale. Most guys are not going to let a nice car go for $3,000, but you might get lucky. I think $6,000 might get you a nice car with a good motor. The Automatics will have the Olds 403 but the 4 speeds will have the Pontiac 400. Good Luck - Mark

Well its going to be a challenge to find a good car for 3k, but if you do, dont forget to look it over for rust, know where the car has spent its days (climate, wet, dry etc)
